1. Introduction

Welcome to Shuddhidham ("Platform"). Shuddhidham is an Ayurvedic wellness and natural products store operated from Kathmandu, Nepal. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to place an order. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in color or packaging may occur.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Availability is subject to stock. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once you complete the checkout process and receive a confirmation (on-screen and/or SMS).
  • We accept payment via Khalti, eSewa, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • COD orders are limited to a maximum of NPR 10,000 per order.
  • For digital payments, your order status will update to "Payment Confirmed" once the payment gateway verifies the transaction.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise suspicious.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Nepal. Delivery timelines are estimates and vary by destination.
  • Orders above NPR 2,000 qualify for free delivery within Kathmandu Valley. Otherwise, standard delivery charges apply.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including designs, logos, photographs, product descriptions, and code, is the property of Shuddhidham and is protected under applicable Nepali intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation.
  • Submit false or misleading information during checkout.
  • Resell products purchased from Shuddhidham without authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shuddhidham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchased products, to the maximum extent permitted by Nepali law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
