Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unopened and undamaged.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • You have your order ID or tracking information.

Not eligible: opened food items (spices, dry fruits, herbs), books with broken seals, and items showing signs of use or damage by the customer.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed if the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For Khalti / eSewa payments: refund is credited back to your wallet within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery: refund is issued via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

4. How to Initiate

  1. Go to your order tracking page.
  2. Click "Request a Return" (available for 7 days after delivery).
  3. This opens a WhatsApp message with your order details pre-filled.
  4. We will confirm via SMS and arrange pickup within 2–3 business days.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as "Packed."
  • Once packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please use the return process after delivery.
  • For digital payment orders cancelled before packing, refund will be processed in full within 5–7 business days.
